  They wanted my id my social security and all my personal information to make a small cash deposit into an account. When i asked why they couldn't even explain why ..they just kept handing me a piece of paper that explained nothing.....Well excuse me for being reluctant to give out my social security

  I had a very negative experience in this bank with one of the banking assistants. All our company employees were offered free savings and checking account with no minimum requirement as long as direct deposited a portion or full paycheck into their account. That went find for about a year. About 2 months ago I saw bank fees out of nowhere, without any notification of any kind. I went to the bank and the assistant that day, told me it was simply an error due to an older account and re-opened a new account for me with the same original terms. He told me this would not happen anymore and everything was cleared up. Today I noticed charges again, for different amounts of the first along the same lines, bank fees. When I reported this to the person on duty, she proceeded to point to a chart, tell me the fees were valid and that the two previous employees were incorrect and had misinformed me. She did not apologize once, accused me of having an attitude and the only option she gave me was to close the account. Needless to say I am closing my account. Extremely rude, disrespectful and no regard for their customer's money. This was their mistake, whether it's jim or bob or jon, she should have apologized and corrected it. She represents the bank and the errors committed by their employees are her responsibility to correct. I was truly in shock at her inability to correct the situation and apologize for their employees' errors.
