- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst company I have ever spoken with. The man was calling the office for collections on a business bill not even mine and was yelling at me over the phone. Harassment!!! I told him that's against the law and he hung up and called back 3 more times. Would not even give a star but I have to give one to be able to post. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was called by a collector very unprofessional and does not know the guidelines of a collection agency. Threatened to call me everyday (which is against the law) I explained that i had requested an explanation of benefits from my insurance carrier because i have 10% co-payment. said i dont know what i am talking about and that the billing and payments from insurance is a mystery how they come up with the #'s.
