- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I could not have been more discusted with their total lack of urgency, their awareness of the costs involved in Family court why it is a division of Civil Court is beyond me, their lack of compassion of the subject matter. I spent my life savings and a year later I receive a letter it's not their juris diction. Meanwhile my daughter was hospitalized twice and now I have no money, I owe appellate fees and my daughter is still unable to get a Guardian. To me I have never felt so un American as I do now. Miami Dade employes or elects the laziest or fraudful decision makers I could ever have imagined. Shame on you 3rd DCA for taking a year to decide it's not your jurisdiction meanwhile she slit her wrists twice. Thanks for nothing.By donna anderson, August 07, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★In my years of dealing with the Clerks and other staff of the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami, Florida, I have found them to be polite, considerate and knowledgeable of their respective position. Although I haven't always gotten my way when it comes to a particular court ruling, the law is the law and perception and/or interpretation of the law is within the purview of those making the final decision.
