  I just called to set up an appointment with a representative to file my claim on the Benefits before delivery program (BDD). A rude, unprofessional secretary answered interrupted me while I was talking, put me on hold and then when I told her I wanted help to file my claim she told me I need my DD214. She was giving wrong information and I told her.I am an active duty service member stationed in Miami and I couldn't believe the secretary(the first line of impressions) was giving veterans and active duty service members at that WRONG information. I will be bringing this up to my congressman in the Miami area, I am appalled. I will be looking at other organizations in the area to help. It is astonishing that other FDVA in Florida are so helpful and the first time I call the Miami one it is despicable.

  I went in about a month ago to file my disability claim. I retired after a little over 20 years of military service. Mr. Carlos Gambino was the person that handled my clain and I have to say he was extremely helpful, cordial, and professional! I was ver impressed with his customer service and genuine interest in seeing my claim aubmitted properly. He even stayed after rhe end of his shift to ensure everyrhing was done correctly. I definitely recommend this office to others!

  Who IS this woman on the phone. This is one of the rudest people I have ever talked to, and all I had was a simple question. Please FIRE her, our veterans deserve better. Your secretary is the face of the VA, our first impression of the organization. My first impression is that you despise and have no patience with vets.
