- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My package has been sitting there now for 15 days. No one answers the phone - most calls are cut off before they're answered. This is a straightforward package from in state, not a customs issue. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This facility is in charge of making sure packages are sorted and depart their location in good condition. They are also responsible for having a valid reason to return packages the "sender" I have ordered from a company twice and have had the package returned twice. No reason for the return. The address and information are correct. Two other co-workers ordered from the same company and received their packages. The company and I verified the address and compared it. So what's the issue?
